i don't know what's this clam called, but it is so delicious. we were at Jumbo Seafood Gallery, along the Singapore River. my Uncle loves to eat at Jumbo coz the seafood is fresh, well-cooked and value-for-money. the glass of wine in the picture, holds a Paulliac 1999. subtle and soothing. my choice!
